THESE ASSETS TAKE 10YEARS TO DEVELOP IF YOU CAN EVEN GET PPA's and LANDLEASE AGREEMENTS. THERE ARE NO MORE PPA'S AT THIS PRICE LEVEL.

4.50/share IS PENDING -> CEO BELIEVES THAT HE CAN GET $3.50 -4.50/SHARE!!!

REJECT ALL OFFERS BELOW $4.50

OK cool, I respect that, but we shall see. 1) Bid deadline cut off next week 2) Financing for PR solar farm in one Month 3) Bid is announced in Jan 2013 and closure of sale - $4.50/share takeover in cash deal. ReduceCo2

Are you sure bid deadline is next week? I didn't read anywhere that this was the case...

As indicated in my previous board post this is what management has passed down to me. They have been for sale for some time so it would make sense that the deadline is very soon. ReduceCo2

please clarify bid is announced in Jan? Does that mean no announced offers prior to Jan . I think that offers will be announced next week or two Do I stand corrected
