Yes MM you are correct. The silence is DEAFENING !!! And with all the surrounding uncertainty, this puppy is destined to go lower. I hope I am wrong.   Ching.

Last PR was fairly clear that we shouldn't expect anything on the sales process until it is done.  Q3 PR will come along shortly, but they are likely delaying so as to avoid questions on sales process, with the hopes that Phase 2 will wrap up and be on the home push for actual bids.

Anott it's not just about the sales process. I understand the secrecy attached to that. But we are still waiting for news on PR financing and also on the grant application Part 2 of $12 million. The less we hear, the more doubt sets in.   Ching.

Having been involved in administrative reviews, my guess is the grant application won't resolve until after the sale. It will be a contingent asset that is valued, or not, by the purchsaer. I agree that an update on Puerto Rico would be nice, and it may be one the reasons that financials are being delayed. The staff are probably very busy trying to finalize a number of files (grant, PR, sale ...more

PR financing is over 12 months late, so yes there are doubts creeping in. Tax free grant Part 2, there are doubts given the state of the Treasury and the high interest loans are still on the books pending a new Line of Credit still to be announced. Delays = Uncertainty = Selloff. Having said that I know we will sell for more than the current price so I am a buyer on this weakness.
