The reason it is only $3 for the deal becomes clear if you remove that $160million added value  - watch and see

Looks like the Yabucoa lenders were looking for more equity from the company and now they have it. I would speculate PR financing might very well be announced before the end of the month. Then we will pop.

Impega seems to have hit it dead on . These guys are doing great  I am hyper cautious as most of us have become , but this will be  a decent return

Aprilk, I am still not understanding your math.  At $3 you are suggesting a value for the company (or its assets) of $210M.  How do you come to that figure?  Even the number of $370M - $160M dont make sense.  I can't seem to track why you are using and subtracting either of those numbers.
