You have no clue how many bidders there are and who in their right mind would be upset with any shares from any division of Brookfield Asset Managemnet ( who have 1 billion in cash on hand)

Aprilk I happen to know to be sure 3.37 is  one companies offer yet not endered as ye Another company in Europe is looking at raising the bid to secure Brookfield is a darkhorse despite having 16 percent of the shares

Brookfield stated in their Q1 MD&A, long before WND was up for sale, that they wanted to expand in California and that Tehachapi was probably the best location to do it. Although they remotely monitor their projects, being next to Windstar suggests that they will have synergies there, where the great majority of WND generating capacity exists, that other bidders will not have.
