As they did not get into the data room the move should be a prompt to buy

"Brookfield promised GCIC the upside if Western Wind ultimately sells for more than C$2.25 per share." All of the upside? Because if that is the case than agrossfarm's take on Brookfield hoping to drive up the share price seems unlikley. If they have to pay back the difference GCIC, they have no insentive to see the prices go up.

Good point Adam I am certain they have an exact plan , but clearly have no clue what it is : ( I fully expect over $3 and look forward to that feeling when the offer comes from ?????

Sultan, did you see anything about the Brookfield purchase of Dundee shares in that? I didn't. There are lots of SEC filings related to Brookfield, but I have yet to find one that refers to the deal terms when they bought Dundee's shares. If I missed it, could you quote the relevant part? Thanks.

Thanks! I guess it makes sense that they would have to give up SOME of their profits. What company would ever agree to take on all that risk without any upside potential. I appreciate your info.
