Ok, now we know the share price is being held down.

Whenever I see new sell orders appear the second somone starts buying, you know that the share price is being suppressed.

That would indicate to me that the buyout price won't be astronomical like so many dreamers had hoped.

But a $3.50 offer is still very reasonable, as that would be a 25% premium from here. That would be ok from the buyer's standpoint, and acceptable to most level-headed WND shareholders, and most importantly to Jeff.

 

And a 25% capital gain for anyone buying today would be pretty darn good.

yea and threy threw the protocol out the window , but a few hundred thousand dollars worth of shares know more than multiple millions

How do we know the share price is purposely being held down? Because there are sellers? There have been sellers, some large sellers, all the way up. On the other hand, a strategic buyer, like Brookfield could be selling to keep the share price from going too high, trying to get other people to sell, while using other brokers, Brookfield could be buying. But we can't tell that from the Market ...more
