Can you tell us how you get this? It says Enterprise Value (EV) was over $2 Billion but gave no total value. I don't see where the press release  indicates the price that GDF Suez obtained as the purchase price. EV is equity plus debt. In the press release it says they raised $1.1 billion in Project debt.  So what purchase price are you asumming? $2 Billion? Are you also assuming ...more

Since it lowers net debt by $1.3 billion for Suez it must be at least  that amount i think

According to Mitsui the whole project is valued at $2B ( capital plus debt) for 680 MW, so our 165MW can de valued at $ 485 ( debt plus capital)https://www.mitsui.com/jp/en/release/2012/1199414_3607.html

The way I read their PR, the Deal, "currently developed and operated by GDF SUEZ Canada" is worth OVER $2 billion.  They don't say how much over. And they don't say how much they paid for projects still not producing. They also don't give gross revenue or EBITDA for the existing operating projects (WND gives these numbers every Q). 1.5B is for 60% sold to Mitsui and Fiera meaning the total value of assets are 2.5B.
