Tell me how you get the 49 cents in value, April and I might buy a load of it, and recommend it to my clients. I can't just tell them it is a good buy because April said so or that Nakate has a feeling.  So me some comparables, for example, and how you apply that to FVR.

You mean you don't invest based upon facts? Did someone you trust tell you that 49 cents is the final price? Since you have been saying that for a while, one would have thought that the deal would have been concluded when you first mentioned it. If they are still talking, then something or other is not yet settled. Do you know what that is?
