Reality

Where is the legit proof of these wild lets see $5.00 per trade news stories or we are gonna hit $3.50 tomorrow guesses etc.  I long for the days of only 1 or 2 cheerleaders with J-mart bringing everyone back to reality.

I need some harder evidence that puts this stock north of $3.12 which I currently believe its worth after all the taxes bonuses and other things for getting a deal done is complete.

Lunderk I guess the best evidence of the value is the DAI appraisal of the assets which indicated a value just over $5 per share. A few things have changed since the appraisal but it gives you a good benchmark. So $5 is not really a pie in the sky number. DAI is a reputable appraisal firm.of energy infrastructure assets. I am sure they were in the data room to make their appraisal.

Did the appraisal by DAI also factor in debt and other financial obligations of WND?

Yes obviously as it was an appraisal of the value of the company at that date in time . Nobody other than a few posters stated $5 . The norm is $3 - $3.50 which including debt is realistic . With PR in progress I would lean to mid $3
