Now now be nice. Probability's is right in his analysis of Jeff's thinking. the parts maybe worth more than the whole and a functioning company that is cash flow positive  will fetch a higher  price.  Problem is that is not selling the company that is building the company.  Next  will we hear that they are starting a new wind farm because it will capture the tax ...more

Nakate, we all know that if WND was divided up and each part was sold to the highest bidder, it would be worth more. But the time for dicking around is over. If we don't hear something from them, and soon, shareholders will tender to Brookfield and it will be game over. Who wants to wait around for another unfulfilled promise and see the share price fall again, when there is a $2.50 bid ...more

I hear whats your saying Bakken, this was supposed to be done by now and its not.  The Market was anticpating a hire offer by now and what do we get a promise to deliver after the fact. so now the market might treat the Brookfeild bid as the ceiling.
