It has to be sent tomorrow, as BEP's bid expires at 5pm EST on Monday the 28th, and as per WND's own statement; "will be sent to shareholders at least seven days before the scheduled expiry date of the Offer" So obviously we will hear before 5 pm tomorrow. I still think it will be first thing tomorrow morning, at the latest.
