I am expecting March , if Jeff stalls the Brookfield takeover to then we get a wicked increase in the buyout price easily above $3 which is obviously what he wants   I expect the soap opera heats up quick though and another bid based on Yabucoa getting done  So if WND close Yabucoa by x date we will pay $ x a share ,,,,, this would be ??? sooner than later  pure specualtion

4 CAD is totally out of the question 3.25-3.50 CAD would be fair.
