Looks like they are desperately trying to get my shares. I told them to go fo koffee. He asked why, so I took up as much of his time as I could by explaining that $2.50 was offered and rejected in Nov.2011 before their main asset was even operational. Now they are generating significant cash flow and are in the final days of starting full scale construction of a 42MW DC Solar plant in sunny Puerto Rico which will add 30% cash flow to the kitty. I asked him what he thought about the solar project, and of course he was just a minion who knew nothing about it and could not comment. Then his robotic voice continued his lines in giving me a 1 800 number to call if I needed help tendering my shares. HA

Do you really believe that tendering for a dime more than 2.50 is a good idea considering these additions to WND, not to mention the $80+ million US Grant in the past year?

If 2.60 was a fair and best offer coming, the board will tell us. They said that they would present the best offer. They have rejected this current offer as inadequate, and thus they know a better offer is coming.

Same thing. Told him I didn't appreciate the way Brookfield is conducting itself in this process, that it should play by the same rules as everyone else and that WND is worth much more than 2.60. Their scare tactics of saying they won't buy any shares once they reach 50 percent is pretty awful too. Can't believe some people will actually fall for this. They're not getting my ...more
