I've heard this story haven't I?

I think I've heard this story before.

Deal doesn't get 50 percent. Stock tanks to high 1s/low 2s with only suitor continually rebuffed

Yaba delay excuses continue and shareholders told to trust snake oil salesman who "is the only guy that an get this done"

quaterly financials arrive late (as usual)

Next fall we arrive at the same spot with many rightfully questioning the slate of board members . Except in the good version the useless board of yes men are thrown out. Snake oil salesman and 5$ valuation shown to be emperor in no clothes.

If you love the assets. Why not tender / buy bep, and participate in the upside of the assets over the long term via bep. Not to mention diversifying risk and running from snake oil venture stock
