News will come in next 10 days

Guaranteed, a statement giving shareholders direction will come soon. Hopefully it is a Yab close. Other wise it will have to be something to give us a concrete knowledge that 2.60 will be beat. This stuff about Brookfield blocking another bid due to the 90% clause I believe is only in place to prevent a takeover that the board is NOT in favour of. If a bid comes in that the board is in favour of, that will be presented ASAP, and the 90% thing can be changed by the majority. It cannot be that an individual holding more than 10%(17%) can block a sale of a company that 90%(83%) or in this case 78% are in favour of.

Either way  it would be better if an insider wasn't actually trying to takeover the company against the will of the vast majority. And that is one of the main reasons a firm offer hasn't been presented.

They (Brookfield) are delaying the process for sure IMO.
