I use Credential for my online trading. It's nice and cheap. I believe Canaccord Capital clears for them (or at least use to).

Canaccord is house 33.  88 used to be eTRADE, but they sold to Scotia iTRADE#85 Credential got eTRADE's number, so they clear for themselves now.
