Yes this OTC announcement can only be considered a good thing for WND and its shareholders. Due to the fact that the OTC would not except a hearing for WND if there wasn't anything real behind it.

What about this option.  OSC orders a fair valuation, BEP declines and pulls its offer nowing that a valuation would be setting a floor for bids from Brookfield, but not for the other parties in the Rothschild process.

Excellent point anott, and this might be the "trigger" for BEP to up the bid and try closing this before this goes to OSC hearing by Feb 7th. IMHO
