I realize for (a) to happen (b) must happen 

(a) is happening (b) will happen and if the hearing unfolds as expected they increase bid - 

- don't confuse what I do with your off the hat emotional hunches 

7 out of my last 10 position trades killed it

Brookfield doesn't have to increase anything. If it was expected the share price would be north of $2.60 as well but we are at 3 month lows yet everything is so immenent. hmm
