I would wait for a definitive answer from WND or Rothchild.

If there are no bids CURRENTLY could it be others waiting til this BEP issue ends.

Then there is no perception of competition/conflict with BEP et al.

I have difficulty believing Rothchild would engage in a process with could result in

a bad image of preconceiving a positive value and result

TODave: Rothschild is not always the panacea for company up for sale. I once owned shares in that put itself up for sale, hired Rothschild and 1 year later after nothing had happened a small note was included in a quarterly report saying Rothschild was no longer engaged by the company and that the strategic sales review had failed to find an appropriate partner.   I'm not saying

Fair enough and understood. I just think the clearest response would be from WND/Rothchild rather than  kneejerk responses which sometimes benefits the wrong people.
