Sick of the BS

I'm so sick of Brookfield and their childish games.  Be a man and pay up.  WND is worth WAY more than $2.60/share.  As far as I'm concerned the only way I will tender my shares to Brookfield is if they offer the full fair value of over $5/share.  Otherwise eff you Brookb*tch.  I'd rather tender to any other company for $3.50 or more.  I'd actually like to see what Jeff and crew could do with this over the next few years and that was my intent when purchasing my shares before this sales process started.  However I'm growing tired of it all and would like to obtain a fair bid and be done with it.  SHOW US THE MONEY OR GET OUT OF THE SANDBOX BROOKB*TCH!!!!!

But Brookfield has been effective, just look at what they have done to the confidence of WND shareholders. The weekend could shake that confidence even more.

oh looky another c razed SIP posting stink on this MB trying to mislead retail investors... the failure in all this is not BEP but jeffypops and the BoD's failure to: a) close the yabacoocoo financing something promised and failed since 2011 (a really, really, really critical failure that has nuttin to do with BEP's offer) b) the failure of jeffypop and the BoD to provide any alternate bid ...more

Effective to a degree yes.  They've shaken a few shareholders from the tree.  Their ploys won't get them what they need though.  Hold strong.  Think of all the times your boss didn't give you the raise you deserved.  You didn't have much ground to stand on in those situations.  This time you've got control.  Keep your shares.  Get your ...more

@j_mart............. I think you may have misunderstood me.  There's no way in hell I'm handing my shares over to BROOKB*TCH.  EVER!  I don't take kindly to their way of doing business.  I'm sure if I shook any of their higher ups hands I'd crush their wet noodle hands.

The delays in closing YAB have been out of the hands of WND but they have persevered and now YAB is right around the corner (I was told mid march over the phone this morning). Your bosses at BEP know this and that is why they are in such a panic to put the squeeeze on shareholders asap.   You want to run around calling people goof? Whats ur address toughguy? Maybe you can tell me I'm a ...more

What also needs to be recognized is that Brookfield is carrying on in this manner because the stock is mainly held by retail shareholders.  If there was even one large institutional shareholder, trust me you would be hearing more vocal opposition to this bid in the press.  This is a true David and Goliath story.  But Brookfield has also painted themselves into a bit of a corner ...more

I agree The Brookfools Gang have made a take over an ugly thing and they do not deserve to win this attempt regardless of the damage that the share price takes in the short term.  I would hate to see the share price plummet but  short term pain for long term gain would be well worth it in this case.
