The Brookfield Bid has to fail !!

Everyone that is concerned please email Lawrence Casse !!! Brookfield has enough shares to block any bid ! 90% is needed to approve a bid and if Brookfield has 16 %any other bid will fail !! Brookfield has the upper hand right now and they are going to steal this company and steal money out of your pockets !! This 16 % is the reason the auction  is stalling !!! Don't tender your share`s and TRY and ride out the storm ! If you can handle the risk sell !!! The negativity on this board is amazing and hard not to get caught up in the childish posts !! I see these negative post as a sign that someone is trying to scare Joe share holder out of his hard earned cash !! Don't let them scare you or intimidate you on there responses !!

Jeff may not be the best CEO but he has more money to lose on this than anyone !! Don't forget that his family is heavily invested in WND also !!

I think they would get a better price after Yabucoa closes  The BEP in the way as a reason is growing old, I imagine no compnay wants a battle but if $2.60 is there final bid  Why not throw up $2.75 ?????????????

" Email Lawrence Bakken " ------------------------------------ Why? What is he going to tell me that I don't already know?

Other companies don't want to start a public bidding war, apparently.  They want BEP completely out of the picture so they can buy WND unimpeded with no BEP bs to worry about.   I hope the bid fails, BEP gets out of wind and the sale can come to full fruition. We should know soon enough.
