Has anyone seen the "fairness opinion" from Rothschild that was supposed to be in the Directors' Circular?

Could it be that Rothschild said that BEP's offer was fair, so WND conveniently forgot to put it in?

That is HUGE, and I feel like a fool for not catching it before.

And that would explain why we are not getting another offer, because there simply aren't any.

That pretty much seals the deal for me. I am tendering to BEP, and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Brookfield Renewable had a telephone call with Rothchild and confirmed that it did not see any additional value in Western WIND !!  This would explain the big push for Yabacoa !

Near the start of the Q3 conference call, Jeff said that Rothschild would provide a fairness opinion, and that it would be included in the Directors' Circular. I haven't been able to find it, maybe you can double-check?

I think you are right as Jeff has had long enough and if the potential takeover does not motivate a buyer to put in a when Yabucoa closes we will clause ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, then what will Lets hope there are meetings occuring right now as I am with BEP.un
