Brookfield wants Windstar !!!! They will not go away until they get it ! That is it ! They don't care about anything else !!!!! If the bid fails ? They will try again and again and again until they get it !!! Don't let these guys scare you ! Short term pain for long term gain !!!

"Short term pain" ------------------------ Ahhhh.........if the pain were indeed only 'short term'. And BEP wants all of the assets, not just Windstar. The California PPA prices aren't that great.

Bakken ! In a nr not to long ago WND stated that Brookfield and WND had a meeting in Toronto ! In that meeting Brookfield was willing to Buy WINDSTAR for 2.75 and leave kingman, Arizona and Yabacoa behind !WHO is full of it ? If WND was lying wouldn't legal action occurred from Brookfield ?

Firefighter, can you please provide a link to that NR stating BEP was offering $2.75 ?? I cannot see anything on BEP or WND website regarding this.

Brookfield and WND were in negotiations and that is what they had come up ! Then things fell apart do to deadlines !!! Wnd released this info !

They had discussions about a better bid, but the news release said nothing about what Brookfield would be willing to do. You are misrepresenting the facts.
