Probability let me ask you this. Is it in your own personal belief that this thing is over?

I wish it was I cannot understand why another bidder would not step up ..... AQN is clearly not a contender ... why no other bidder BEP has a bid ....... in 10 days if WND does not present a better bid I think it  is

It is my understanding that once the shares are 'taken up", they are gone, and you cannot withdraw them. And from what I read in the original offering documents, BEP can take up shares even before the offer expires. Comment by Nakate on Feb 11, 2013 11:28pm
They have to give written notice of the take up so until then
Comment by modgil on Feb 11, 2013 11:29pm
That's correct Bakken. BEP will keep this process going till they get past the threshold. People who are now asking how they can untender their shares should have checked with their broker first. Also, I do not see why you would like to untender. Are you seriously thinking you will get a better offer than 2.60. The market will not trade WND above 2.60 till BEP offer is in play and as I have ...more

We assumed the fair valuation was rejected because jeff waited until the last minute to request a hearing.. Brookfield acts like the hearing completely ruled that out.  I wonder if Jeff can now go back and ask again or has that door closed.

"They have to give written notice of the take up" -------------------------------------------------------------- Not to us though, so anyone tendering would only know after the fact.
