Brookfield must have the number of shares tendered, how come they don't give it ?

Why should Brookfield reveal their numbers? If they had 49%, they could close the deal today with only a handful of new tenders. If they are far short, they wouldn't want to reveal that either.

"Whats is the last day they will have to give the number ?" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- When they buy WND. If they don't get their 50%, they never have to reveal anything.
