The question is why would you own shares in a company that you consider poorly managed? Why don't you invest in companies that are well managed?

Define "poorly managed" versus "well managed"

Good Luck with that Lunderk. How much has the value increased since the AQN bid??. Now all of a sudden, WND will grow and its value will be $5 in a year even without a bidder !!. Remember: " A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush" & "In the Long Term, We are All Dead !!"

Impega, In that case: 1). Why not a "better" alternative bid 2). Why no "fairness opinion" by Rothschild and no mention in the circular by WND.

I never said all of a sudden WND will be worth $5 ina year without a bidder settle down and read my post I said and I'll highlight some key words Then a NEW BIDDER will emerge and at that time it MIGHT be the $5 in a year people want. I never said anything about the market value of WND being $5
