Almost seems like Jeff is going out of his way in last two NRs to say there are no other bids

figure it would be easy to sugar coat ,

Maybe just maybe BEP.un throws out one more offer as some posters fell waiting 6 months for a 10% gain would be worth it ...20% ,,, 3% a month for 6 months weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

if it was worth $3.50 someone would do it for $3

Comment by lunderk on Feb 12, 2013 11:23pm
As much fun as that possibility seems I don't expect another bid from BEP any higher than the current $2.60

Hey probs, Jeff did say the door is open for discussions with Brookfield. We will see if they take up the invitation.
Comment by Probability on Feb 12, 2013 11:25pm
Why they have twice came back after sayin "final offer" they will have WND and dont think give a valid reason
Comment by Probability on Feb 12, 2013 11:26pm
Yea I expect that is how this will play out sorry Lunderk bashes for days then all of a sudden has a view siding with WND ???
Comment by lunderk on Feb 12, 2013 11:29pm
So at no point you don't think BEP has any respect for its own company or its word? Yes the share price is only trading this high at this point because of the current offer yes J-mart I hear you DAI Valuation $5.60 no lowballers but everyone knows if BEP was not bidding the market price would be lower.  Of course WND has left the door open  BEP said we will no longer negotiate with ...more
Comment by Probability on Feb 12, 2013 11:34pm
Of the previous 3 BEP news releases they said it was their last offer/move both lies
Comment by impega on Feb 12, 2013 11:35pm
BEP obviously knows it is an accretive acquisition even at higher prices. They know they can pay more and it will still be accretive. But they simply want it as cheap as possible, so their revised final offers will only increase marginally till they get the 50% they need.

Don't be as bad as Modgil telling me what I've not said.    WND always delievered but you just get last years christmas present next christmas is that bashing or the truth?  and I also stated I believe that share price will go down and I still believe that if BEP loses Feb 21.   I'm stating what I see.     I've always been on the side of WND though.
