Non disclosure agreements are binding on both sides Nakate. Not much Jeff can say with those agreements in place. Obviously there are no alternate bids at this time. You are correct about that.

If both Parties to a CA agree, the CA can be terminated or specific items can be released. If only one party wants out, they are stuck. The lawyers rule on this and dictate policy and Boards tend to go along.
