ARBS

If the arbs aren't buying and/or they are demanding a large spread they see a significant risk that BEP's bid at $2.60 will fail. Why aren't you buying more shares Modgil and tendering what you buy to help BEP out. You did say it is low risk.

It is so low risk that Modgil is willing to risk $239,000 to make $21,000.

Maybe he believes BEP will up their offer to $2.80 and he will make $41,000.

Either way his risk:reward is 1:1 at best.  Either he's a newbie or he's playing with OPM and doesn't care.
