You have about  14% owned by institutions and 4% owned by funds.  I don' tknow what the insiders own.  Does anyone have that number? Brookfield owns 16%.  So, of the 86% oustanding independent shares, institutions own about 15%.  I would like to know what the insiders own because perhaps BEP will require insitutional support and the figures just aren't there.  That is the only thing to me that explains the price not rising at all today.

OK, so 7.32% insiders plus 18% insitutional for 25%, so that means that they own 27% of the 84% independent.  So, lets just say none of the  institutions tenders, which is not likely true, that means  of the remaining  73% of the 84%, 50% of the 73% would have to tender, a very high number.  Try to follow that, it is not easy. So, it very well be

if they reach the min. needed what does that do i dont think they can take over untill there annual meeting but what do you think will happen in the meantime?
