Hi maybe Jmart as you are certain there will be another offer 

- why will another bidder not step up and include a break-up clause 

- the bod would obviously accept a higher bid correct?

-  there is no evidence of a another potential buyer

- Konrad made valid points yet there was no counter

Ok great points , with the exception that Jeff said there was a "chilling "effect and I agree BEP will most likely up offer if they fail
