Raised bid
If they don't have 50% support by next week, even though they have said this is their final offer, do they have the option to increase the offer and further extend? Is this likely?

Yes, they will raise it if ithey're close to 50%. Those that tender at $2.60 will then get the latest offer they provide with the extension. This is a circus.

And what if they do get 50%, but just barely? In order to sway the remaining shareholders to get over 90%, they would then need to increase the offer. So would those who had already tendered initially get the better offer?

If they get 50%, then you will get $2.60, the tender goes through, you don't get your shares back. You can always buy back at whatever it is trading to get the next tender.
