So rather than waiting to see who eats the cracker can any of you woooo Jeff fellas answer at least the one question

Why would a bidder not make a bid with a BREAK UP CLAUSE to cover costs and as insurance on their bid if they wanted WND

A BOD supported bid could have a huge safety net ......shareholders would support it

and yes I saw the least logical explanation ever in the NR ..... like did he read that before he sent it??
