Ok so we know the BOD would support a bid ..... would grant ample protection to bidder ...and that Jeff has said CHILLING

We know Jeffs response is not in line with the reasoning behind a BREAK UP clause , as it is for protection against not winning not a goal in itsself

Make it as much as you like Share holders will support BOD will support

and they don't because ??
