I ask again

If anyone, and I mean anyone, has done a cash flow analysis on WND and can provide evidence that BEP's offer is not fair, I would really like to see it.

I am a WND shareholder, so obviously want to get the best price possible. But I have seen nothing that would lead me to believe that it is worth more.

If someone can convince me to untender, I would be very grateful. There is still time, but I need a reason to change my mind.

Anyone?

Maybe the loser who rated my post a "1' should post something helpful instead? Pretty much sums up the intelligence of whoever that was.

Yep, I noticed how they are so busy "downgrading" posts on this board by anyone who makes sense. While you are at it guys, can you please enlighten me how does that add value to WND's share price !! LOL !!

Maybe you should tell Brookfield not to pay a penny more because of your analysis, Oh, wait a minute, what about that extra 2 cents. Tell them to take that back too!!

Simple, sell for what it is worth or let it rise to what its worth.
Comment by modgil on Feb 18, 2013 2:18pm
How do you know it is going to rise TODave ??. BEP told us no more than 2.60 Actual worth without any  interested parties is .... ?????

You seem to be very scared of BEP not reaching the tip point but speak for the majority? that have. The offered price is too low to me vs the up potential. Let some more untender and see who gets sweaty first. Iam  going with my gut on this, but lets see on Thurs/Fri NRs You are free to say ' I told you so' then and I will accept the majority opinion and tender. I dont vote in ...more
