Almost Over

I predict Brookfield loses by 10% and walks. Share price crashes and I buy more for much less.

Brookfield if they were buying from the market which I doubt they could of maybe  increased their holdings by a couple of million so far.  Most people I know don't respond well to blackmail but bribery usually works well.  Maybe brookfield should alter course in the morning with a much higher bid and another extension.

what i say means very little at this point. Its just my wild guess. I do have a few shares left just in case Brookfield wins other wise I've had enough of this nonsense but not enough to tender my shares and then have to wait for ever to see da money.

"but not enough to tender my shares and then have to wait for ever to see da money." _____________________________________________________________________ What you say ??... So the reason you won't tender is that somehow you have imagined that it will take you forever to get the money ?? And who enlightened you with this information ??? No wonder BEP had to hire the banks to solicit ...more

Na I sold off most last week and kept a few just case they win,  if they do I sell them for what ever the arbs offer or tender them if they still are gouging. Just playing he odds.  If they lose and walk I reload at some point and wait for round four

The money is paid within 3 business days to your brokerage

Playing the odds ? I mean what he he------- ;;;ll are you doing going to a casino  You hold when it is $2.85 thinking it will go up , yet sell under $2.40 what changed ? Your misperception ? So Jeff could sell the co , but then couldnt and BEP can't win because Jeff can't sell the co ???    The only logical conclusion you could actually have came up with is BEP would win ...more

who knew the market was going to turn against the plus three bid and when it did it got ugly fast. Brook field refused to play and here we are, whats done is done.  If Brook field wins then another 10 day extension goes into effect and who knows when they will actually take up the shares and pay for them

Are you playing games?  There never was a $3 bid ! The market never turned against anything? When Brookfield wins you have another 10 days to tender , people who have tendered get paid out  You are clearly playing games . $3 bid ? Konrad gave clarity as to Jeffs stall to profit from Yabucoa  You are playing games as he is right you make no sense
