What if I sold my tendered shares

I tendered my shares earlier this week and sold to it to the market yesterday @ 2.59 on Friday before close (after the expiry of offer from brookfield), now my broker wants to me buy back, what should I do, any thoughts or clever way out?

My question is I sld it after the offer expired and I was also surprised as the online order was executed without any flag, and I remember when I was tendering it that broker said that you will not be able to sell the shares in the open market till offer get expired. What if my shares constitute 0.3 % of the deal which will bring Brookfield's total to less than 66%? does that make me very ...more

If that is what you did then its their fault for not isolating the the shares. You should call a IIROC or the transfer agent and file a complaint.
