SP keeps dropping

In reviewing this stock, I can't understand why the share price keeps going down.  Is there anyone out there that knows this company and can shed some light on what is going on?  It is inconceivable that they continue to pay a dividend at this share price.  In addition one might think the ship is going down.  If you know anything lets hear it.

This is the Venture.  No one cares about trivial things like margins, growth, earnings, balance sheets, dividends and strong management.      Yes, the share price has dropped from recent highs, but its still a bargin.  If you loved it at .80 then you must really love it at .60.
