I was looking at this company & it reminded me of PSN. This company has a few things common with PSN, rental business, paying dividend when they have debt & huge account receivables. WTA has loan of $15m that expires in one year. Maybe they will have the loan extended.  The thing that took down PSN was huge amount of account receivable.  PSN could not recover its account ...more

Increased receivables in the peak winter season would be expected, followed by drops in the weak summers.
