Could WWT Handle a Job this Size?

Here's an article that points out just how bad a problem California is having with water due to drought conditions. Briefly speaking, Cal farmers are being paid not to grow with the thought that such action increases the water levels in Lake Mead reservoir. Personally I don't know if we specialize in something like this or whether the company is worth consulting for a problem of this magnitude. I would hope WWT is thinking big and perhaps, though not involved, can stick their nose in there and offer up some solution/advice free of charge or at least make contact with officials.
