COIN's to close $12M private placement

Tokens.com Corp ($COIN.N $SMURF), has been skyrocketing lately with $COIN up to $1.59 today from trading in the $0.60's just last month. 


$COIN owns an inventory of DeFi and NFT based cryptocurrencies, which it uses to earn additional crypto through staking. 


Additionally the company also co-owns Metaverse Group which focuses on NFT based, virtual real estate. 


Last week the company announced that it increased its previously announced private placement to $12 M. 


Proceeds from the PP are set to be used mainly for buying more cryptos to stake and investing in Metaverse Group. 


We can expect the PP to close on Nov. 16th.
