It looks like we can expect fiscal year end results nearly a full quarter ahead of schedule from Tokens.com (NEO: COIN). This morning, the company announced that it has changed its fiscal year-end date from December 31, to September 30.
This decision was made in order to better facilitate the audit process, given the significant demand it has observed in recent years for audit services for companies that have a year-end of December 30.
Given this change, we should expect the company’s 2022 financial statements in mid-December 2022. Following the recent announcement that the company has full occupancy at all of its digital real estate assets, I’m quite interested to see what this year’s performance will look like.
COIN.n is currently trading at $.175, valued at $17.14 million.
