Why is this stock so cheap?
If you average out the EPS over the last 10 years to get .05 for this company. Using the current valuation of the overall US markets (which is about 20 times the last 10 years average EPS) this stock

they announced a .02 dividend last yr when 2008 YE was released, theyve paid down their debt now so they could easily increase the dividend to .05 this yr, we should know when the 2009 YE is

XDM issues 8.3 mill shares to aquire RMG, last spring XDM paid a .02 dividend and the cash kept building up, not sure what it might be at Dec 2009 YE but they also where getting all their debt paid
