is this company a scam? The venture accepted their private placement days before the cease trade order. I clicked on their website on stockwatch and it looks like a Thai cooking site.

Nanaimo, could you tell me how you found XI filing on Sedar? I'm having trouble retrieving it. If they filed, how soon do you think XI will be trading again? TIA

Okay, I found XI on Sedar, but the latest document filed was dated May 30th, 2016. Not 2017. Am I looking at it wrong?
