This peruvian mining investors will try to finance and eat all of us for peanuts, with more dilutions. This is the kind of investors we dont want or need. 

Dont forget that the peruvian gold mining company made a DD about resources some months ago, and now a relative buys a package. Some breach of CA?

The only positive that I see in this transaction is that this relative received some information about the resources that we dont have, or is not reflected in the NI 43101, and decided to jump into this stock, and buy it for peanuts.   

FC has to find some investor that are capable to fund us a medium size operation with no dilution, with future gold production as guarantee, as Red Kite or other fund. 

I want to see FC saying in a PR that we have a finance plan guaranteed with no dilution.

DD, I believe you have more inside info than most of us here. At this point I believe 99% of retail investors will feel happy to know if CBJ will make it thru 2014, so your no dilution wishful thought will most likely not happen. You, me and all the others (including Ross Beaty) that bought this company at $0.70+ levels feel the same pain of being misled by one lucky intersection. We all made the ...more
