I really dont understand who is making the money in this deal.

Is Capponi receiving money under the table or in a off shore account??.

It is very simple, Capponi is the only one making money here (well and the buyer). He got $2m in cash for his next 2 years salaries and then he is probably going to get a % kickback from buyer for giving away the company for nothing. He screwed us all. And I believe there is nothing we can do, between him, Banhyam and buyer should have over 50% of votes. Enjoy the ride with no vaseline

Ben Dover and Phil McCrackin are supporters of this deal. The deposit is being given away to some lady in Peru for some future bs NSR benefit so it can be flipped for a tidy profit???? To ensure it is properly given away they have enacted takeover provisions so GLW or GWM cannot make a proper offer benefiting all shareholders. This is a blatant f?cking of shareholders. Where is Beatty in all this?
