NASDAQ and required Rollback
Folks,
it's garbage what these previous posters are stating. I fully expect XRX to keep trucking north before the Nasdaq listing inside of 60 days. The consolidation will happen simultaneously with the uplist. I'm expecting news on several fronts inside this timeframe to keep driving value. Do you know that the most recent Eresearch report comparables for Pre-Revenue Phase 3 companies garner and average Market Cap of 600m USD on the Nasdaq. Google XORTX Eresearch and see for your self. At most there will be a 10-1 rollback to get us around 7$ listing price. This will keep rising. TICO

You must be a Management Guy who doesn't like Shareholders/ Investors plight on ROLLBACK 45:1 or 5:1 or even 2:1....Just not a GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!. ROLLBACKS ARE BIG TIME FAILURES!!.....JUST RELEASE SOME VALUE FILLED NRs znd Share Price will fly....STOP ROLLBACK. REPORT TO SEC!!!!

The nice thing about being a shareholders is that you can sell your shares. If you don't like the leadership and what they are executing - SELL YOUR SHARES and move on. Moving on to being positive.

Or even better, say no to their plans for trying to emulate Kraken Robotics and FSD Pharma in consolidating their shares.

That's BS...10:1 ROLLBACK? Why? Shouldn't be any ROLLBACK allowed from 130M. Shares o/s. Just release the value filled NRs and the SP should ruse on its own strength to $5++++ . EOM
