INSIDER BUYING

New Board Member (Robert Klopot) buys 1% of all outstanding shares in the month of Nov 2022 at an average cost of $0.97. Total of 225,000 shares purchased (including private transaction for 200,000 shares @ $1.00).

Pretty clear to me that there is massive value here. Expecting a gap up when other investors get on board.. the disgruntled past CEO/Board Members have/are likely close to being done selling.

Why would Klopot buy 200K shares at $1.00 on Dec. 1 when the stock was trading around $0.75 ???

Not enough liquidity on the open market to take a position of that size (ie - today only 16,000 shares were traded). Very likely he reached out to prior CEO/Board Member and agreed to buy 200,000 @ $1.00 as he knows they are liquidating position.

looks like Manny sold them to him at $1.00 when market was at $0.75...good deal for Manny, not so much for the rest of shareholders.
