is this a reverse takeover? athabaska is not listed is it? they will file bankruptcy, take all the good assets and place them into athabaska, and then athabaska becomes public via merger with all the good assets.

Actually as per point 4, we would be issued shares based on the current NET ASSET VALUE which I would like to know what it is?I was thinking perhaps the Book value which is 0.31$ as per SH web site, which would make sense. When I take their 2008 financial statement and Substract their liabilities ($24,452,000) with their Total assets ($44,081,000) and divide by the shares out ($75,560,000 ...more

I don't think the average joe knows what the news means based on the trading. I don't. I think there were those that sold off based on the news headline.  If this was the end of the world , the volume would be higher and we would be down a lot more. I lost a few thousand $ but learned a little lesson. The proposed plan sounds like it could, maybe have some promise but it needs to be approved by all creditors and a slew of others before it can be put in motion. ...more

I thought YAN could hold out until the winter comes but you know what? The last NR said something about minimum $0.05 if YAN had to sell, so I think we can sell out ...more
