Agreed. I would like to know what is driving the SP up? Did the R/S get voted down? What about the name change? You would think the news of yet another 80M being issued (and at 7.5 cents) would hold this down? Yet it is showing decent strength. Go figure.GL to you guys that had the knackers to stick it out. My loss ;(TW

Tumbleweed you're not alone...I bought in several months ago (I think it was)  50,000 @ 9 cents. This morning I noticed on my screen it was bidding at 10.5c! So I sold all of it straight away without even thinking (what a bad move), by the afternoon it reached 12.5. I couldn't see any reason  it should go up so suddenly. Oh well, $1000 extra I could have made :-(Now the question ...more

You got me, steve. I jumped ship at 9 cents when I read about the R/S proposal. Really can't figure this out unless there are some high expectations for the new drilling? Here's a little anecdote for you. I was staying in a hotel the last weekend in February and got a free Globe & Mail each day there. Don't mind reading the Globe but rarely buy it. Brought one home and have ...more

From what I've read, and I only buy the Globe on the weekend so would have missed that article, I cannot find any fundamental or logical way (like the market runs on logic lol) that this should be at this price, current bidding, 11am, is at 0.13. My guess (and it is a GUESS) is that it'll fall back to around .10 or .11 by the end of the day on punters selling off, then ...more

I got out @0.09 too as management seems tight liped and update doesn't come by properly and timely. This upward serge could be result of the decisions made during meeting and insider knows there plan for next 6months to year. Well I moved my capital to GPX.T and averaged up. It will provide update on its first cardium well some time this month and bring 1000-1200 boe ...more

Thanks phstock, I'll take a look at GPX. You're right about the lack of info regarding this company, maybe too much of a risk for the average investor, information is all in this game.

... insiders have loaded themselves up with cheap stock. They financed at a nickel as part of the restructuring. Most recent financing shows management plans to subscribe for a minimum of 15% of the proposed $6,000,000 financing (80,000,000 shares @ .075/share plus 80,000,000 half share purchase warrants which gives the holders the right to buy 1 share at .10 for every two ...more

With recent financing announcement total float will be 280 mil shares  and market cap will be around 39-40 mil at present share price. I am not sure how high will it go without much more clear info so I would rather put money somewhere else and to conserve my capital. At this stage it looks more risky and speculative then was at 0.07-0.09 range.

... with 280,000,000 share float, most of which is held by insiders, this one is not done at .14/share. The story is just beginning to unfold from what I can tell. No where near the end of the road.rise1
